stupid question about flax oil

I am trying to perfect my cutting diet from the cutting sticky. I never head of flax oil. What exactly is it? is it in a pill? where do you by it? Thanx alot guys

capsules or liquid. get the liquid. its easier then swollowing like 10 more capsules a day. flax oil, is just that oil. it has all your EFA's....basically think "good fats" you can buy it at any health food store (vitamin shoppe, GNC, trader joes, etc) the liquid is in the refrigertated section because well it needs to be refrigereated lol

Any health food store should carry it.. type in "flax seed oil" in google..

hey now there right, but make sure you get a good flax oil, Udo's flax or barleans flax are the two best brands, when comes to EFA"S you get what you pay for so get the local flax from your supermarket man.

Try to score some with lignan in it due to the anti cancer properties.

Flax seems to go bad real quick..so i stick with cod liver oil.

You have to refridgerate it... Stayed good for months.

Olive, Flax, 0mega 3/6/9 blends, Fish, are all good oils to utilize.

Hey, thank's swole, about to start a cutting soon and want to use the right things. I have done it before, but this time I want it to be perfect, no misstakes.
