Sugar
I usually stoch the fridge at work with Diet Pepsi and water... i ran out today, and i just got in from the gym. Ive already had PWO shake, but i am real thirsty, so i decided to go ahead and drink a Lipton Brisk Ice Tea. 32g of Sugar per can.
How detrimental is a few cans of pop per week in desperate situations???

in my case bad...empty calories that can be replaced with something better...if its diet than maybe...but imo just drink water or crystal light...also depends on personal goals...ie bulking or cuttling...only time that would be acceptable is posworkout, but another simple carb like dextrose should be used, and sucrose, imo, should never be used...unless you are cheating

no offense tf, but this is kinda like people asking...I cant take a chicken breast and brown rice with me to work, is it ok if i eat a big mac instead???lol

lol .. i completly understand the cmoparison between the bigmac and the ice tea, but drinking an ice tea hopefully wont throw me off like a big mac would .. i mean after eating one of those grease sandwiches i feel like im gonna $hit the bed.
