    Diet advice for cutting?

So I finished my cycle 4-5 weeks ago, and now I wanted to start cut like next week. So I would like some suggestions of how to lay it out? I'm currently 222lbs and I think I am maybe 13-14%. It's hard to tell, because I have only dropped like 3lbs max from the cycle so I probably still hold some water. I will not be using any roids on this cutting except for ECA/clen cycles with additional natural supplements.

I was planning on doing morning walks so how should I find my heartrate?

And yes, I did read the sticky, but it does not say much about foods and how much? I also just eat fish, eggs, so no other meat in the diet, but I guess it's ok to just switch what you mention to fish instead?

I really appreciate all help I can get

Read that Cutting sticky, and find our how much cals you need to intake to maintain.

Follow the meal guidelines, but make it fit to you.

Take a little time and count all the cals your gonna be taking in.

As for cutting, you want your cal count lower than your maintain count obviously.

Keep it 1-1.5 protein per gram of body weight
    moderate carbs(complex)
    low fats(efa's)

cardio 5-6 times a week at 75% MHR. If you dont have a moniter, do it the old fashion way and put finger to wrist and count it for 15 secs then times by 2.

Not a good idea to diet after just coming OFF a cycle.

Of all the times to diet, this is probably one of the worst.

Many split the "cycle" time to include at least half of that time while cutting, considering the loss of lean mass is much more of a possibility while cutting. (especially when one is in pct, dieting is a bad idea)
