cheat day question
if I have a cheat meal planned for today, should I consume much less carbs and fat through out the day to pretty much keep the cals, carbs at what they would normally be by just cutting back later? if you cut back later and still eat at the end of the day what you normally would in calories and carbs whats so wrong with cheating more?

Buddy you dont lower your calories to compensate for a cheat.the cheat is there to give you surplus calories to jumpstart your metabolism and to also give you what you crave.
