    Do u need pwo??

U need food, yes, but not a weight training pwo offering like dextrose/whey, no.

They are 2 diff. activities that require 2 diff. kinds of fuel after their execution.

I am nowhere being ripped but I have found thru trial and error that you should wait an hour after cardio and then eat a normal meal. The "PWO" meal standard of dex/whey should only be after weights.I was doing it after both and I seen results when I removed after cardio.

Yeah, there is no reason to eat pure sugar after cardio. That would actually totally defeat the entire purpose of the cardio.

Waiting an entire hour to eat is very extreme, I don't recommend that myself.

I wasn't trying to intentionally "diss" you.

For a carb/pro meal, wait 20-30 mins. to eat.

If utilizing a fat/pro meal, you can eat almost right after you get done.
