    Whole Wheat Pancakes

If using skim milk, extra virgin olive oil, egg whites, is this considered a cheat meal if on a clean bulk/cut? Also, I would use sugar free maple syrup...

Milk/oil/starch consumed together is your call on a bulk.

If you can include it and not get too meaty/fat, then go for it.

I would say it depends on how much of each ingredient you use and also how many cakes you eat. Do you have the final nutrition facts after cooking?

i decided on something else..found this recipe on this site...

    8 egg whites
1/2 cup cottage cheese or non-fat yogurt
    1 cup dry measured oatmeal
    cinnamon(optional)
    splenda(optional)

spray pan with pam, mix in blender for 20-30 secs...guys, these are so freakin good, and healthy! I couldnt believe it. I used sugar free maple syrup with 5 carbs per serving, and a little fat free cool whip on top for added flavor...HONEST these pancakes are great. Feels like a cheat meal. I don't understand how these few ingredients mixed together make a pancake like consistancy. TRY THEM!!!!!
