Hey guys, just a question about my last meal of the day..(Pro/Fat)
I have lactose free light swiss cheese with 60 cals per slice, 3.5g fat, 0 carbs and 8 g protein. The serving size is 40 g. Gram for gram it has more protein and the same cals as cottage cheese, plus it's lactose free(Easier on the stomach)
My question is: Why choose CC over this Light swiss?? Any one have any ideas, experiance with this?
