    Lean mass diet

Ok im trying to keep a lean muscle mass diet. Im 23 5’10 about 175lbs. I have been making good gains as of right now, I am adding mass but I am also adding fat. So for this diet I want to keep adding mass but stay lean as well. So all the help you guys can give would be great!

As of right now I wake up at 5:40am and have my first meal around 6am:

    Meal 1: (6am)
    I usually eat
    1 Cup of dried oatmeal
    1 Banana
    Apple Juice
    2 Scoops Whey protein

I was reading the gain lean mass thread and they also said to eat 2 tortillas, mushrooms, cheese and salsa. Should I include that into my morning breakfast.

    Meal 2 (8:15 am)
I have been eating a wheat bagel with peanut butter.
---Should I add anything else to this meal?

    Meal 3(10:15 am)
    1 ½ can of tuna
    Also some celery
---Should I add anything else to this meal?

    Meal 4 (12:45 -1)
Usually a sandwich someday (Sometimes a salmon salad and sometimes chicken)
    Yogurt
    Celery
    carrots

    Meal 5(3:15pm)
    1 Cup of oats
Should I have a shake before working out along with the oats??

    Workout 4-5

    PWO
    2 scoops of protein

    PWO dinner (Around 6PM)
    Chicken
    Usually some kinda rice

What else do I need to add to this meal?

And after dinner is where I am lost. I am not sure how many more meals I should eat. I know right before bed I try to have a protein shake, but should I have another meal between my dinner and my shake, If so what?

Please help by adding anything .

    Thanks for the help.

If your goal is to bulk, I'd check that "sticky" approach atop the page for assistance. If you are adding a lot of fat, you will want to change what you are doing and also introduce some cardio. Balance!
