    serious help needed

    i am 22 5'10 260. im in college and have put on about 70 pounds since freshman yr....senior now. i used to run and lift daily and was in great shape. i've lost all self control. i have high blood pressure.

    my question is where do i start? i diet for about 2 days than get so discouraged cause i see how far i have to go...i want to get back down to 190-200 lbs.

    i feel like the cutting diet that is sticky is way too much for me to just start. do i just start trying to eat better and getting morning cardio in a few times a week? im just overwhelmed and dont know where to begin.

    any advice appreciated.....thanks guys

    The cutting sticky would be a GREAT start. Start with morning cardio. If you stay with it I bet you would see results in two weeks easy.

    should i be eatin 400-500 grams of protein a day?

    and is it ok to start with 20-25 mins of cardio to begin as i know i cant do 45-60 mins. ill start with a run walk.

    you don't want to run anyway..I would walk at a fast pace on an incline for 25 mins until you can handle 40-45. also, 400-500 grams protein a day is way too much. stick with 1-1.5 grms per pound you weigh.

    Bro, I've came from 318lbs. It's not that hard. Just think of these last 4months. Probably seems like Christmas was just right there. Think, if you would of started then, you'd be where you want to be now. Take it one day at a time. That's all you can do.

    brother I used to weigh 230lbs and my avatar is at 165 on stage in posing trunks. I am only 5'8'' so 230 was not all that healthy for me. Just keep at it and use the forum for your support. We have all been there in some way shape or form.
