i am 22 5'10 260. im in college and have put on about 70 pounds since freshman yr....senior now. i used to run and lift daily and was in great shape. i've lost all self control. i have high blood pressure.
my question is where do i start? i diet for about 2 days than get so discouraged cause i see how far i have to go...i want to get back down to 190-200 lbs.
i feel like the cutting diet that is sticky is way too much for me to just start. do i just start trying to eat better and getting morning cardio in a few times a week? im just overwhelmed and dont know where to begin.
any advice appreciated.....thanks guys
