Have to work out in the AM.How do i work my diet around that?(need replies asap plz)

Title says it all. I'm cutting right now, the diet i had planned is as follows:

Meal 1: 6 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats, 6oz. can tuna

    Meal 2: Shake/2tbsp flax

Meal 3: 8oz. boneless skinless chicken breast, broccoli

    Meal 4 (PWO): Shake, dextrose

Meal 5: 8oz. chicken breast, green beans, 1/2 cup rice

    Meal 6: Shake w/ 2 tbsp flax

it's pretty much based on the cutting sticky. my issue is my membership for the gym is up and itll take a little while to save up for it.. my only place to workout is at school at 6AM.. so how do i alter my diet to fit that? Should i eat before my workout? Do i workout on an empty stomach and just make my pwo nutrition my first meal?

Do a pre and post workout, both Pro/carb. Try and make your pre a lower Gi carb. I'd grind up some oats and maybe throw a bit of dex in there with some protein. Maybe mix some milk in and you'd have a nice pre wo shake.

Now do those count as meals 1 and 2? Do I just continue on like i normally would for meal 3?

The other thing: my workout is about an hour long. Is an hour and a half between meals enough time?

Yeah they'd be your meals 1 & 2. Then have a solid pro/carb for meal 3 and go the rest of the day with pro/fat meals.

    Your meal times are fine.
