One night of drinking wont kill you. It's your prom, take the weekend off... go to town.

You got accepted into the Seals program already and your only in highschool?

enjoy yourself bro. just remember not to make a habit of it. alcohol inhibits fat oxidation, inhibits protein synthesis, and increases estrogen levels. one night of drinking though won't make much of a difference in the long run. doing it every weekend is when it will make a noticeable difference. it's all about moderation.

oh no man i kinda quit drinking ever since i started pounding the gym. i take a sip very rarely when i'm with my friends but that sip is like a pussy sip because i would take a can and just let it sit there for the rest of the night so i don't look like a pussy lol. i guess i had to choose which is more important and i can't just drink for the rest of my life anyway so i decided to not do it anymore.

tough call. if you can go something like flavored vodka with soda water and some garnish like limes or oranges, then that will be practically no calories. as far as beer, stick with lights (except for bud light, not very low in calories). mich ultra is the lowest in cals, and if you can go with that, though not as low cal as the vodka combo mentioned above, it's still low enough to not have much of an impact at all.

search the web and i'm sure you can find specific nutritional info on some particular liquors/beers.

If you are going to get drunk..I wouldnt worry about calories. I worry about the actual alcohol itself, not the calories.

Yeah like chest said, dont worry about Calories, because you'll prob end up throwing it all up anyways haha. I'm always alot thinner after a night of drinking, but also alot flatter

Your in high school and asking about drinking alcohol on an AAS board and receiving several encouraging remarks. Sorry man, I have to be the one to say it, dont drink until you are a little older.

I am only telling you this because my friends, who is in the army, was drinking with his friends on leave a several months ago. They had 2 jet skiis and of course crashed into each other. Because one of the guys died, he was facing charges as well as a possible dishonorable discharge. I know you dont want to hear it, but at least one adult should tell you, as a minor, just dont do it.

Of course many people here may say, you did it and that is not the point. The point is you should not be encouraged by anyone to break the law. Just remember, if you get into trouble, no one on this board would be able to do anything to help you.

Just use your own head and have fun. You should be thinking about pu$$y more than alcohol anyway!

Of course I did plenty of sh!t when I was a kid. My point is you are coming to an AAS board and asking questions only you can answer and you most likely already have decided upon anyway; you may not hear everything you want.

And dont feel sorry for me about anything. I am very successful and have had and extremely lucky life.

You posted the question and you got some answers. You can pick and choose the ones to listen to. All I am saying is that if you happen to get hurt or hurt someone you may spend the rest of your life feeling guilty for it.

I am not saying I did not do anything bad when I was young, but I was lucky enough to never hurt anyone. I also know people who have ruined their lives. You are still young and making decisions that will effect many years to come. Of course you will not share my opinions until you are older and you see some of your close friends go down. As this happens you begin to grow up. With any luck you will get through without being one of the guys who teaches your freinds a lesson. It is just bad luck and we all have it sometimes.

I know you are in high school and if you were asking about doing AAS everyone would tell you not to. I am not sure why anyone would say anything but to wait. But anyway, we all know kids drink, but we all also know sometimes bad things happen and when you are drunk society is less forgiving.

    Good Luck

I have seen some of my bestfriends "go down". One died and the person that was driving the car is in prison for vehicular manslaughter first degree. I am telling you that is alrihgt to drink at you age if done responsibily. I did and it was the best years of my life. Just be responsible. Theres a lot more cases of highschoolers going out and having safe fun wiht alchol then there is with kids drinking and something bad happening. No offense or nothing but your firends shouldn't of been driving jetskis just like my friend should of been driving a car.
