A friend of mine told me that he takes Ketotifene and it is shredding the weight off him. He said it's great, no muscle loss, and even gets a pump during the workout!
I thought that Keto was taken WITH Clen or other weight loss supps, not alone. Does it work alone? Is it worth taking?

what is Ketotifene ? is it a supplement ?a keto diet works very good at losing fat even without supplements but what is ketotifene?

but if I am the friend you mentioned then you are mixing thing upp, I said metformin works great for weight loss and pumps, not ketotifen :lol:
I atleats meant metformin maby I wrote the wrong thing. Have to check history to be sure :lift:
BTW I might add that I think metformin only works for weight loss if you have any kind of insulin sensitivity problem.
But IMO most people that have a hard time losing weight(fat) has a insulin sensitivity problem so its worth a shot. I know its working for me atleast and I have heard of several others that it works for.
Sorry ya'll, Johan was right, it was Metformin.
So, do any of you out there have experience with this? Is it okay to take? I have slight alergies. I am overweight. Does it have any side effects?
How would ya'll compare it to Clen and T3 and DNP?

the only side effect I know of metformin is that it gives me diahreea(sp?)and it goes away when the stomach get used to it. and it can cause lactic acidosis. check out this thread where dr.evil explains it
