picked up some low fat mayo only .5 grams of sat fat...no trans fat and 4 grams of un sat fat? taste real good and i only use a TB with tuna over salad coudlnt do the hot sauce thing anymore was killing me?...doesnt sound to bad right? hahaha

I know I just eat full fat mayo.... just make sure that it is with a pro/fat meal and you should be good to go.
Their are better sources of fat if you're cutting but for bulking, especially, I see nothing wrong with full fat mayo at the correct time with the correct food.
i use lowfat, that way i can add more, sometimes no fat for pro/carb meals..
reg mayo is to heavy for me
