I just started my Clen Cycle(3rd Day) and I am currently at 80mcg/day and feel NO side effects so far.
Please tear apart my diet....
8:00 Detour bar and an apple.......I know bars aren't that good but my insulin levels are ****ed up from just waking up, so I figured the little bit of sugar is OK and the designer whey will absorb quickly. I should probably make a shake?? WHat would I put in the shake.....oatmeal perhaps??
11:00 Tuna with either 2 pcs. 12 grain bread or a yam
1:30 Tuna/chicken with yam/12grain 2pcs
4:30 Tuna with 12 grain 1 pc
7:30 PWO-Varies.....Either shake with PB and a complex carb.......or meat with complex carb. ALways 35-50 Grams of protein, 35-40 grams carb, 10-20 g fat
9:15 Usually leftover chicken or meat from dinner with Broccoli 15-20g Protein
I also take flaxseed twice a day in between the ealrier meals.........
totals around 2000-2300 calories 200-215pro/175 carb/ 40 fat
