    Question UN Official Cutting Diet-Questions

    My variation of cutting diet

    8:00 Shake-Protein 1/2 cup of oatmeal

    11:00 Tuna 2 tbsp flax

    1:00 Chicken Broccoli

My workout falls after meal 4, so I adjusted

    4:00 Lean Protein/broccoli

    7:30 Shake, dextrose, small yam

9:00 Shake flax (1/2 cup rice or oats)

    Questions:

It says the second meal after your workout should contain a bit of complex carb. Is this OK if it is your last meal of the day?? ie moving the carb from meal four to meal six

Is it OK to take in 3 shakes a day?? I have found better results from solid foods. Or is it only during a short six week cutter?

Wouldn't a lean protein source be better for meal six? Something that won't digest as quickly. And could I eat Broccoli with this meal to help slow digestion?

The sticky is only a primer, nothing more. It's the guidelines that make the diet. Whole protein will always be better than a shake, except for PWO.

Do you mean moving the carbs but not the workout? I dont se a point in doing so...The most important time to get the carbs is pre workout so thats when you realy should place that meal.

I would like to add that its not good to mix carbs with fats ... ( as I learned from Buffsob... thanks again buddy and my diet you helped me with is working AWESOME by the way) ... So make meals either pro/carb or pro/fat... Mixing macros creates a higher propensity for fat storage...

If it works out that you CAN eat solid foods instead of shakes, it is encouraged...

    Steve-O

I moved the carbs(oats) to meal #4 before my workout.....I also am eating solid protein for meal #6/w flax.

I think with these changes, you can compare this diet to the one on the "Unofficial Cutting" Diet posted and they will almost be identical........

Two notes......I agree it's a bit low in calories.........that's because I am "cutting" and taking Clen. I have lost 5 lbs (221to 215)since Monday and still military pressed 225 for sets of 8 last night. I am going to up the calories a bit......but I really don't see much in the way of muscle loss.
