I know its best to do cardio first thing in the AM on empty stomach..got that..but if I can not do it that early, is it ok to do some during the day after I have eaten a meal or two, and then a couple hours later hit the weights?

i have heard people doin it right after ur workout....or..if u do it before so it atleast 2 hours after last meal...
Cardio first thing in a.m. is awesome,... but how often are people doing it? Right now I'm doin it between 5 and 7 times first thing in the a.m/week and then throwing it in at other times as well if I feel the need. But my legs are tired all the time and I used to enjoy it so much, now I know it's gonna be rough and I dread it... anyone else having similar problems?
It's all a matter of what you are after and how much you wish to reach your goals.
I'd rather get up and sit on the CPU, but I know that ain't gonna be productive to what it is I need to do for my future endeavors.

when i can't do it in the am on wmpty...i do it for around 30 minutes after a workout. make sure you hit your PWO nutrition/meal or whatever it is immediately after (before the sweat dries on your body is my rule)

I used to do it after work outs but I thought maybe it would be good to try something different..after a work out I just want to pound my PWO shake immediatly after my last set is completed..
