How many carbs would be enough during a diet to maintain muscle and some sanity? I try to eat carbs with my first 3 meals now, most in the morning then then a little before workout and a little more again after. Then I just have 3 more meals and mostly is just smoked salmon, Tuna with olive oil, or more eggwhites and some shakes, is this ok to do? I am a little confused since this way of cutting is new to me, but I am certain I will get better results doing this, I just don't want to eat to few carbs.
