    Carbs Question?

    How many carbs would be enough during a diet to maintain muscle and some sanity? I try to eat carbs with my first 3 meals now, most in the morning then then a little before workout and a little more again after. Then I just have 3 more meals and mostly is just smoked salmon, Tuna with olive oil, or more eggwhites and some shakes, is this ok to do? I am a little confused since this way of cutting is new to me, but I am certain I will get better results doing this, I just don't want to eat to few carbs.

    How much is enough for you is determined by your stats first, then where you begin. Once there, as time goes on, you adjust and change your amounts based upon the results occurring.

    5,9" 217lbs, bodyfat around 13% maybe. I stopped my cycle about 5 weeks ago and were around 224lbs then. I started the cutting this monday so it's my 5th day, I am definitely seeing some results.
