Anyone know of any good supplements to take to increase appetite? I've tried Vit. B-12, but I was wondering if there was anything else out there a little better?

I don't really know of anything..just try eating as frequently as possible..:scratch:
Your stomach will stretch also, keep that in mind.... it gets a lot easier the more you eat.
Also, supposedly oral B-12 doesn't do much good. I tried injectable and I don't know if it was the B-12 or just a placebo effect, but either way I was noticably hungrier....
i like sublingual b12 a lot. plus it is a great vitamin for bodybuilders.
