    Quick question

    Just a quick question. I am running low on dextrose. The only place i can get it from is out of stock. Will it be ok to use honey temporarily for PWO?

    honey is a great natural way to spike insulin . assuming that is what you are using the dex for anyway.

    I use this CarboGain supplement that is 100% Maltodextrin in my PWO. I haven't gone out of my way to locate dex yet. Seems to work just fine.

    honey would be fine. Also suger i sometimes use if i have no dextrose
