    intaking calories? please help

    Is there any kind of liquid that is just good fat calories i can like drink? not the weight gainer powder.. but like calories only that come from good fat does anyone know .. if so where can i get it from? i have tried eating .. i can only eat so much.. and what is the best weight gainer yall know of ? thanks sorry for posting on here but i get better responses from yal

    well first of all.. you get the best energy from good fats.. red meat so forth... 2nd of all carbs give u energy but shitty energy that last for a while u have to keep intaking and it makes u feel sluggish when u take to much of it.. the best kind of energy is calories from good fats... not carbs.. and i need to take in about 4000 calories a day to gain .. i calculated on a dietian webpage.. and i dont care what everyone says.. i cannot eat enough to gain.. my stomach is small and i have stuffed myself many times it does not grow.. and i can only eat so much a day.. so that is my reason for this post..

    Also, u said "good fats, red meat and so forth".

    The fat in red meat is SATURATED fat, not "good fat".

    Again, your sources are a few cards shy of a full deck.

    As a non-fitness consultant in Nutrition, I have no idea what this means either.

    I am a kinesiology major/personal trainer and in the nutrition industry myself and I found that post pretty hilarious Swole.
