I am doing that now and I take the bicycle to the gym, about a 5 minutes ride down and 10 back, uphill then. Is that to much, I feel great and I just want to be cut pretty quick.

A 5 min. ride down and a 10 min. ride back ain't gonna get you cut pretty quick.
It's going to do nothing actually.
I am doing 30 a.m. and 45 p.m. 7 days a week for the next 2 months.
Now THAT'S cardio.

Sorry you missunderstood me, I bicycle down and then do treadmill for 1 hour with a 130 bpm walking fast.
I think he meant he is doing regular cardio and in addition to that he is riding his bike 5 down 10 up as well? Clarify for us.

I was a little slow to respond... I don't think its too much. There are times where I do cardio 7 days a week and I get great results. The body always needs a break from time to time but if I'm feeling good and ready to go I'll do my 7 days a week. By no means will I ever weight train 7 days a week though.
Ops, sorry swole, I did forget to type it in, hehe. I know 15 minutes cycling don't do shit.
I weight train 4 days now not to loose to much muscle. So the 7 week cardio won't make me loose more muscles as long as the protein is taken right?
It's not catabolic provided you eat/rest correctly the other 23 hours of the day, no.

Interesting Swole.. that's some hard core cardio you have going on there.. impressive... I'm currently doing 45 mins a.m. on empty stomach, the training in the p.m., about 2 days a week I'll also do cardio after my work out. Anyhoo someone told me that if I keep this up my body will hit a wall .. because it will adapt to all the cardio. This is BS right? Cause I feel pretty damn good and if I have to do cardio eighty times in a week to get the results I want i'll do it.. .. I'm cutting, so I thought I was allowed to do all the damn cardio I wanted and still reap the rewards.. definitely don't want to hit a wall..
Do all the cardio you want as long as for the rest of the day your still hitting your macros. Maybe skip out on one morning every other week or something like that just to give the body a break but if your not feeling lathargic go for it.
Sweet.. sounds good to me.. I sit on my ass all day at a computer.. I wouldnt be able to function if I wasnt hitting up the cardio in the morning.. ..
Shit, I've got cardio 9 times a week now. Contest prep begins Monday45 minute sessions each.
I want some cheetos![]()

I do cardio in the am 7days, and was wondering if I should do more.
Every morning in the a.m., and twice on wednesday and saturday when I don't work out. I try not to do cardio after I workout. But if I miss the a.m. session, which has happened on occasion, I'll do 20-30 minutes and have my usual oats/whey PWO.
7 times a week is usually more than enough. Don't sweat it Wrath.

so when you jack your cadio up like that Swole/Buff... do you increase your cals at all from where they were before you were doing cardio that much? or do you just keep them where they were and burn the hell out of them. do you take ECA long-term or run any cortisol blockers to help with any catabolism when ur getting that lean.
I don't adjust the diet. Cardio is done in the morning on an empty stomach (most of the time), so none of the food I consume durring the day goes to feeding cardio, only feeds my body. Don't use ECA either. But certain compounds are in the mix to prevent catabolism anyway.Originally Posted by novastepp

P/C. But it matters little as fat burning is minimal after light cardio anyway.Originally Posted by Kakashi...!
