cottage cheese?
in regards to the cutting thread that is stickied at the top it reads
"Q: What about dairy?
A: If you don’t mind a soft look, fat free cottage cheese is an excellent caseinate source,"
why will this contribute to a soft look? I usually eat 1/2 cup of cottage cheese right before bed for the slow digesting protein through the night. would i be better off with tuna at this point?

Dairy is known to bloat some people but I've never been too sensitive to fat free cottage cheese I just can't eat too much. 1/2 cup shoudnt be too much.

Like stone said. if you've done the majority of your cutting and seem a little buffy drop the dairy and do Tuna with a good fat source b4 bed. It depends on how you respond. I personally bloat on dairy straight to the cheeks

I eat cottage cheese/milk while bulking, but I'd cut them while leaning down also..

The Tuna industry owes us! Damn, I bet we double their profits with all the cans we eat! They should start advertising in magazines for what we buy.

lactose intolerance and subcutaneous water retention are all issues
depends how you react, i don't get on with milk, some do, same with whey, same with CC
see if it works for you
people spend too much time harping on about the benefits of dairy, calcium included, but every benefit of dairy can obtained elswehere in the diet
