come on bro, don't get stuck on GI...you still have to remember that processed or enriched foods are unhealthy. With all the GI talk people are forgetting that foods may still be bad for you-even if they are low on the GI. For carb sources stick to natural foods, grains, green veggies, brown rice, some fruits- apples, plums, strawberries, pear's, and peaches are pretty low on the GI. Just remember that low GI doesn't mean it's a good healthy. M&M's are pretty low, now would you consider adding those into your diet?

Yes, if your looking for good carbs, have a sweet potatoe or some brown rice...Too much salt on that crap and unneccesary hydrogenized oils.
exactly. make your own potatoe chips, cut a sweet potatoe into slices, bake it in the oven. Don't over eat carbs, eat bigger portions of protein.Quote:

well on an overly strict keto diet............and i am gonna come off julyh 4th and i will not be dieting.........but dnt wanna bulk up.......i will be eating the same ratio of protein to carbs and half will be fat
