Water
I know this may seem stupid or something, but whatever.
I know water flushes out the body and cleans it, but whats the point of drinking around 2 gallons a day?
I drink 2 galls a day, but was just wondering whats the basic underlying point to it, if any. Is it what I stated above about cleans your body? Is that it? Or is there more to water?

Not everyone drink 2 gallons per day.
I only drink 1 or perhaps a bit more, that's enough for me.

you can drink too much...a gal should be enough IMO.

Apparently you can drown yoursefl internally if you drink too much, but you would have to drink like 5/6 gallons i think or something crazy.... I drink about 2 gallons a day and I feel like I need to.. I"m always thirsty. if I don't drink a lot I get cranky... and oddly homesick.. for some reason being thirsty makes me feel homesick.. LOL, yes it's weird i know.

I drink around 2+ a day too, especially when cutting cause I'm losing so much hydration from the cardio and ECA stack.
