    Waking Up Starving At Night

Ok, this has never happened to be until I started running clen/benadryl.

Either way, I thin the benadryl is messing up my sleeping pattern. I wake up at least 4 times during the night STARVING.

What are some ideas for healthy snacks to eat at this time to hold me over until breakfast?

I usually try to mix up half a serving of protein mix, but what are some other options. I wanted to eat an apple or pear last night, but I thought it might have too much fructose.

    Any ideas?

Cutting or bulking? Clen always wakes me up in the middle of the night, and I'm always starving.

Im walking the tight-rope of adding quality muscle while cutting. It's been working so far. Down to 14% bodyfat. Goal is 10-11 for now. I think the EQ may be also adding to my appetite. I think my metabolism is finally accelerated.

    Any diet tips?

I almost ate my girlfriend's dog last night.

Try to get plenty of fiber in your last meal. This helped me not to wake up starving while I was on clen. Metamucil s/f, along with crystal light and diet cream soda, can be godsends.

    cool. thanks bro.

What do you think about getting 25 grams of ON protein in a 120 cal shake?
    Too heavy for nighttime?

Maybe I'll try to eat some oatmeal and cottage cheese for my final meal with some low cal high fiber drinks like you suggested to fill me up.

I don't like deviating from my diet at all. Whatever your diet looks like, stick with it. Just gut it out the best you can. When you're having sex and you find yourself thinking of food, then maybe you can deviate from the diet.

Hey Buff... sweet tips. I've been wondering why the heck I've been waking up like 4 or five times a night... not usually hungry though, but wide awake for like 2 minutes.. and really hot.. I have to get up and walk around, was even going out on my balcony for a minute to cool off... but never had trouble going back to sleep. But just started taking Benefibre so hopefully that will help.

As for diet.. I cannot veer from it.. though I have cravings to do so, the 2 times I have since being on clen has made me sick to my stomache. My mom (yes, my mom ) thinks my body is so used to eating a certain way it's rejecting any sort of deviation.. .. I gorged on mixed nuts last night and an hour later revisited the entire session... I'll never veer off the diet again, not that its a problem sticking to it.

Could you imagine thinking of food during sex? Hmmm... nope! LOL

    KAte & Buff,

i wake up sweating all the time, especially suring the benadryl/clen weeks.

I even take Melatonin at night to help me sleep through the night, but I wake up constantly. The other night I woke up and started getting ready to go to the gym, then realized it was 3am.
I think the benadryl may be interfering with my REM sleep.

Oh well, tonight is the last day of Ben/Clen and then it's back to straight clen.
Hopefully Lion will get clen back in stock soon so I can push the clen the full 8 weeks.

I have found myself thinking of food durring sex. Yes, I know, I'm pathetic.

Clen has the habit of waking me up throughout the night. Like you said, wide awake for a couple of minutes. When I'm on it, you'll see me whoring it up on AR for 5 or 6 small sessions throughout the night. I have enough trouble sleeping as it is.

I'm doing the clen/benadryl right now as well... man, it's like menopause or something! One things for sure.. I'm thankful my head fits in the freezer.

I've also tried to go to the gym super early... it was more like 4:30 though. Man was I ever confused once I realised what I was doing.

nah.. not pathetic... dedicated to your body... and lifestyle perhaps though. I've thought of other things during sex... of course the session was terrible so it left room for imagination... haha.

Being a member on AR has pushed my bed time back a bit, I'm sure I'll be waking up soon to post some thougths as well.. I woudln't doubt it anyway.

Don't think I can relate to the menopause part , but I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one to stick my head in the freezer. Clen's a hell of a drug.

It seriously wasn't my fault. She lit a candle to set the mood, and it just happened to be a pumpkin pie scented one. All I could think about for the first 10 minutes was pie. She thought it was hilarious.

Be careful, it COULD be an ulcer.

I had this feeling too, it worsened and worsened and I finaly went to the doc and he said it was because I drink milk before I go to bed and it creates stomach acid that damages your stomach at night when your sleeping. I stopped drinkin milk before bed and no more pains....well alomst no pain, I did do some damage so I have to use pepcid for 2 months to kinda heal it.

wow. I hope not. I suppose I'm taking so many ancillary orals with my cycle it's possible. It's more of a hunger, as opposed to a stomach pain, but I'll keep that in mind.
