3 Questions- flax, dairy, and sodium.
Hey Guys,
I have a couple general questions and figured I'd just post them in one thread.
First, does it matter where I purchase flax seed oil? Originally, I would buy in from my regular nutrition store. The brand was Flora, I believe. I now buy in from Sam's Club- Webber Natural's ORganic Flax Oil. Big price difference buying the Webber brand. IS there any difference in quality?
Secondly, in regards to water rentention, which retains more water- high sodium foods or dairy products?

to my knowlege dairy wont make you retain wather unless you are lactose intolerant ( I mean it can make you retain wather but it will be the sodium on it)

About the oil just check the nutritional facts bro..
