my diet any suggestions ?
meal 1 - 12 egg whites 1/2 cup oats
workout----lift only
meal 2 - PWO-2 scoop Isopure whey 2 packet quick oats
meal 3 - 10 oz chicken or 8 oz sirloin with 1/2 cup brown rice
meal 4- 1 can tuna 1 scoop isopure whey/ 1 tbls flax
meal 5- 10 oz chciken 1 tbls flax
meal 6- 1 can tuna 1 scoop isopure whey/ 1 tbls little natty pb
the whole point of posting this is to get suggestions, i do cardio 2-3 times per week on empty tank trying to stay lean for summer time, im thinking of upping my carbs a bit, to keep more muscle fullness,.

Ummm..... something's not adding up.
120g carbs = 480 cals
300g protein = 1200 cals
40g fat = 360 cals
Total = 2040kcals
I'm not one to be anal, but that's a pretty big margin from 2500kcals.
