I have read the cutting diet a few times and still a bit confused on how to customize my diet to fit my body. I am 5' 11 1/2" and 180 lbs. My bodyfat is at about 13%
As far as cardio and training, I have an understanding of this aspect, I am just in need of assistance with creating a cutting diet that will be effective. Can anybody give me some guidance as to what I should be looking to consume.
The cutting sticky is for a 200 lb. guy and says a total of:
300 grams protein, 130 grams Carbs, and 50 grams of fat
I don't know if my calculations are correct for myself, but I calcualted that a 180 lb. guy would be in this range:
270 grams protein, 100 grams Carbs, and 20 grams of fat
Are these calculations correct?
