    how much Dextrose??

    i just ordered a couple bags of dextrose .. how much should i take with my post workout protein shake? i was thinkinng 80g ??

    ex... 30 grams pro, 60 grams dex

    im trying to gain leanmass? after my work out i usally take 50 grams of protien 2 scoopps?

    what most guys do is a 2:1 ratio as stated above. so if you can afford to do that with your entire diet. i suppose 100g would be what to shoot for.

    alright i was reading the dextrose it says 4g in 1.25 teaspoons so i did the mat out that means im taking around 8 tablespoons? does that sound right? to get 80g dextrose 55g protein?

    i wouldn't even use dex when cutting. i would go with oats.

    What about women using dex PWO? Do you think the ratio should be dropped?

    The ratio is only a guideline. Your desired macros will dictate how many carbs for your PWO. But I always keep protein around .25g per lb of LBM for PWO regardless.

    for lean bulk i would go:

    50grm prot / 50grm dext / 50grm oats or malto

    for cutting i would go:

    50grm prot / 50grm oats or malto
