Natural Peanut Butter & Confusion ?
i hear alot about natural peanut butter.. what is the difference between SKIPPY & natural peanut butter.. i use SKIPPY in my diet, i'm still bulking.. should i change to natural PB... Just want to clear this up as i might be making a mistake..

Difference? One is processed full of sugar and harmfull fat. The other is not. Check the ingrediants. If it doesn' say just peanuts and salts, you could find something better. Bulking or not.

Thats all i needed to know.. i have been doing my diet w/ skippy creamy pb.. of course it is slightly sweet, now that u guys cleared it up, i have to go w/ Ntty PB.. thanks guys

Right on as everyone mentioned - just get the one that is labeled "natural" - some now even write "no hydrogenated oils / no sugar added " Natural PB has a viscous layer of oil on the surface - be sure to stir it with a flat blade knife for a few minutes and then refrigerate... that oily layer is important!

available in supermarkets
with no partially hydrogenated oils:
Smart Balance O-mega Peanut Butter ***
Crazy Richard's Peanut Butter ***
Adams Peanut Butter
President's Choice Peanut Butter
Smuckers All Natural
Laura Scudder's
Publix supermarket store brand
Kroger's supermarket store brand
I've used the first 2 with no problems -
I looked at the smucker's natural brand too - seemed ok from the labeling.
