Mass Meal Plan for 1st cycle
Just started first cycle on monday. I'm posting my diet and the supplements I'm currently taking. I'm tryin to put on at least 10 lbs of solid lbm in 10 weeks. 22 yr old 5'10" 180 with 8% bf.
Supplements (ED) : multivitamin, fish oil-- 3 g, milk thistle-- 1 g
CLA-- 4 g, ZMA, Kre-alkalyn--3 g, nitrix--6 pills (6 g)
b-12-- 1 pill( 1500 mcg), vit C.-- 1 g, glucosamine - 3-5 g
Mass Meal Plan:
7:30: 3 caps of nitrix
Meal one: 40 g whey protein w/ 5 g glutamine added
8:00am 1 cup regular oatmeal w 1 tbsp flax seeds added
1 cup Hood fat free milk
Protein: 54g/ Carbs: 68/ Fats: 16
Meal 2: Grilled chicken breast
10:30 am 3 slices whole wheat bread
P: 40/ C: 60/ F: 5
12:30---3 caps of Nitrix
Meal 3: Grilled chicken breast
(preworkout) 1/2 cup regular oatmeal
1 pm P: 43/ C: 30/ F: 8
1:30 pm----1.5 g kre-alkalyn + 5 g glutamine
Meal 4: 50 g whey protein w/ 5 g glutamine added
(PWO shake) 80 plus grams of carbs--from white bread, bananas, or sugar
3:30 pm (plan on gettin dextrose in next few days)
1.5 g kre-alkalyn
P: 50/ C: 86: F: 3
Meal 5 can of low-sodium tuna
4:30 pm 4 slices of whole wheat bread OR
80 g of carbs from brown rice
P: 35/ C: 80/ F: 1
Meal 6 6 egg whites plus one whole egg
6:30 p.m whole wheat wraps ( 25 g carbs per)
add olive oil in cooking the eggs
P: 44/ C: 50/ F: 20
Meal 7 1 cup Hoods fat free milk
8:30 pm 1 UP-your MASS bar
P: 35/ C: 56: F: 11
11:00 pm ZMA
MIDNIGHT: 1 scoop Probolic+ 1 scoop whey
5 g glutamine+ 2 g CLA
Totals ( in g) : Protein---344 g--1376 cals
Carbs ---439 g--1756 cals
Fats --- 70 g-- 630 cals= 3762 cals (workout days)
Im a true hardgainer and have dropped other aerobic activities/sports in order to make a big change this summer. Any opinions/suggestions are welcomed. Thanks.
