    looseing BF

    Whats the most BF % wise you can loose in a week?
    Iv measured and im 18 %, i would like to be down to around 14%-15% by sept, is that possible. and what is the lowest i could get to by then?

    its achievable if your dedicated, 4% BF in 4 months rly shouldnt be that hard!
    i start a summer cutting plan thats lasting 14 weeks from next monday (22nd May) and i hope to drop approx 10% bf (though im up in mid 20s!!!) and i think this is achievable.

    losing 4% in that time should be fairly easy. just gotta cut your calories down, keep your protein intake high, and gradually up your cardio until you're doing 3-5 cardio sessions a week.

    Sound mate, i already do weights 5 x week, and cardio 5 sometimes 7 times aweek but mainly 5 times.

    Whoa, whoa, whoa. 12 stone is only weigh like 170lbs., bro. Are you sure you are at 20% BF? Even if you are, you only need to lose about 10lbs. which can be done in a month EASY! I've done it before.

    If I were you I would honestly try to build some muscle during the next four months with a clean bulk. If you add mostly muscle and little to no fat your bodyfat percentage will automatically be dropped, even without any fat loss. You will also look much better.

    im starting a cycle in about 5 weeks, lean mass, 170lbs is prety heavy considering im only 5.6", im 18% BF not 20% mate, cheers for your advice mate.

    Ah! That's makes more sense. Your plan sounds pretty good. 18% to 14% is definitely easy at your weight. Bulk first, but make sure it's clean so your BF% will, optimally, drop or at least stay level.
