looseing BF
Whats the most BF % wise you can loose in a week?
Iv measured and im 18 %, i would like to be down to around 14%-15% by sept, is that possible. and what is the lowest i could get to by then?

its achievable if your dedicated, 4% BF in 4 months rly shouldnt be that hard!
i start a summer cutting plan thats lasting 14 weeks from next monday (22nd May) and i hope to drop approx 10% bf (though im up in mid 20s!!!) and i think this is achievable.

losing 4% in that time should be fairly easy. just gotta cut your calories down, keep your protein intake high, and gradually up your cardio until you're doing 3-5 cardio sessions a week.

If I were you I would honestly try to build some muscle during the next four months with a clean bulk. If you add mostly muscle and little to no fat your bodyfat percentage will automatically be dropped, even without any fat loss. You will also look much better.
