    dextrose or maltodextrin

whats better for postworkout nutrition dextrose or maltodextrin?

Dextrose is a simplex carb and maltodextrin is a complex carb.

So which would be better for gaining mass?

Through the research simple carbs are better for quick restoration of the body/muscles so which would be better for the job.

Both are just about equal. Don't be confused about Malto being complex. It's a 105 on the GI index which is even higher than dex.

Oh so true. That's why I don't bother with dextrose.
