Looks pretty good..... For a cutting diet. You need more carbs.

Post some friggin stats man! If I remember right... you are on the sauce as well... good god man, EAT.

    Here is a hint:

Find out WTF your maintenance calories are, it can be done using the calculator posted at the end of the "Bulking sticky", then add 20% to that....

Now you have a number, YAY YOU...

Setup your protein intake based on your BW, then your EFAs... place a fackton of carbs around your workouts Pre/During/Post/PPWO and some in the morning if you need.

YOU ARE BULKING(Gain = bulk), EAT MAN. You are WASTING your vitamin S with this undereating trash.

and BTW, 99.999999999% of the time... the phrase:

"I want to gain lean mass, while losing fat" actually means "I want to waste several months of my life doing nothing but standing in place."

How is advice being given when there are no stats listed?

As far as needing more carbs to bulk, not sure why that was suggested for a few reasons, the biggest one being that there are no stats listed.

As well, you've posted the exact thread long ago and perhaps didn't like the responses, but there is no need to create duplicate threads to clog this forum.
