    meal planner

    i want to make a record of all the daily cals,protein,fat,carbs that i take in everyday but i'm unsure of the best way...first i thought that i would make a menu through monday to friday and write down wot i would have to eat and then the daily values at the bottom of the page, but then i thought wot if i just eat things and then write them down as i go along but this would mean that i would be writing things down all day everyday. wot do you guys do?

    Strict pre planning for sure. Get your menu set up then follow precisely.

    use fitday.com, it seems to work really well, and will tell you exactly what you are taking in as cals etc.
