i want to make a record of all the daily cals,protein,fat,carbs that i take in everyday but i'm unsure of the best way...first i thought that i would make a menu through monday to friday and write down wot i would have to eat and then the daily values at the bottom of the page, but then i thought wot if i just eat things and then write them down as i go along but this would mean that i would be writing things down all day everyday. wot do you guys do?
