    liquid egg whites

    anyone know the quality of liquid egg whites that come in a carton from the store? ingredients say 100% egg whites. just wondering if they re good or not. cuz they sure are convenient!!

    Should be just fine. I'd get them in bulk from places like lanaseggwhites.com though, saves money.

    they are real good. but if you buy them from a supermarket the dozen regular eggs is cheaper. but cant beat convienence i guess.

    I buy the 5 dozen containers and crack them myself.
