    everyday cardio while clean bulking?

    is it alright for me to do an everyday low inensity am cardio on an empty stomach while clean bulking? i am also on sd this will be my second week. i figured that everyday low intensity cardio will at least slow down the fat gain. thanks. target heart rate is about 60-70%

    if i was trying to gain no more that 2 or maybe 3 time a week for 30 mins

    oh ok then i was thinking of doing the gazelle like everyday because it is very low intensity.

    oh well then i dont see a problem with it, maybe list your macros for us to check on.

    1/2 cup oats 1/2 skim 32.5 carbs 9 pro 3 fat
    5 oz egg whites and turkey bits omelet 0 carbs 30 pro 4 fat
    whey protein 2.5 carbs 23 pro 1.5 fat

    7 pm
    4oz chic breast 0 carbs 26.2 pro 1 fat
    1 teaspoon flax 0 carbs 0 pro 5 fat
    1 tablespoon natty pb 3 carbs 4.5 pro 10 fat

    10 pm
    whey protein 2.5 carbs 23 pro 1.5 fat
    2 tablespoon natty pb 7 carbs 9 pro 20 fat
    1 teaspoon flax 0 carbs 0 pro 5 fat

    total macro 220 carbs 267.9 pro 78 fat
    880+1071.6+702 = 2653.6 cals a day.

    i am 5'6 i was 160 with 12% BF before superdrol and as of last saturday, i was 173!!!! yayy. i know it's prolly a little low on cal but for my height and i am trying to gain as little as fat as possible, i beleived this is enough for me so i could combat fat gain. fat intake seems a little high though. the only "extra" fat that i am getting is from oats and some from chic breast and turkey. other than that, i really don't mix macros. as you can see i only take in fat on meal 5 and 6 for a pro/fat meal but fat comes along naturally from the meal that i get throughout the day. should i just drop the natty pb so i don't take in the extra fats or should i not even worry about it? also, someone from this board told me not to count the carbs from natty pb. please critique

    forgot to tell you that this is pretty much the beggining of my second week on sd and as of last saturday, i gained a total of 13lbs!!!!! that's pretty good for me.

    hell no I wouldnt do cardio everyday while bulking. Bottom line is when your bulking your going to gain a little fat, if you truly want to be big then your going to have to learn to accept this.

    dude r u kiddin me i love oats!!! that's why i love bulkin because of oats. i could just eat this everyday and don't get sick of it. prolly next fall i will do an all out clean bulk because i wouldn't care about fat gain by then i will try to put in about 350grams of protein from oats. but anyway anyone got any opinions on my diet?
