carbs slightly higher than protein
i'm just about to start a bulking diet for the summer i want to keep fat right down even maybe lose some..
at the moment my carb intake a day is slightly higher than the protein something like this
cals= 3200
protein= 310
fat= 35
carbs= 390
is this ok to put on mass without bodyfat?

If u need that many carbs for some reason, fine, but I never have anything higher than protein myself at any time of the year.
Just what works for me.
