ummmm lol is there a question? more info please.
he is trying to say that if eating 4-5 grilled chicken/shrimp ceasar salads ED would cut out some fat. pretty self explanatory man lol.
btw i am not sure man bump for answers
still need more info.
haha, I thought it was pretty uderstandable, but here ya go...
well, lol, its kinda hard to put more info, cuz its pretty basic.
6-7 meals ED
1-2 being shakes (PWO)
the rest being along the lines of grilled shrimp/chicken ceasar salads.
lol, Im not sure what more info you want.![]()
i guess...its not the best, but if you are consuming less calories than you are expending...then yes you will cut...but you are gonna need some efas imo
so your breakfast is a chicken caeasar salad? your diet is missing some stuff. your PWO shake im assuming is pro/dex with 1:2 ratio right? and your PPWO meal should be whole food and be pro/carb the carb being a potato, brown rice..... no other veggies in your diet? broccoli, green beans, spinach? and where are your EFA's? no flax? no good fats? id suggest looking at the cutting sticky. you will prob lose weight because your diet is rather carb and fat deficient.....however you will be losing muscle as well as fat.

No, the point of a cutting diet is to loose as much fat as possible with as little muscle loss as possible.
But if you tweak it a bit it won't be that bad. I sometimes eat two chicken spinach salads a day, and put shredded cheese or shaved almonds in there for my fat sources. I'm happy with my results.
