I bought a pound of soy nuts yesterday because I thought they would be a great snack at 10g/protein per serving. My friend told me that soy increases estrogen levels in men though and depletes testosterone. Is this true?
Thanks.

Some soy is okay once in a while, but making it a staple in the diet is not something I would do.
