I still say that dietary fat is useless to most

Been eating 350 G Protein for a week or so with minimal fat and feel better than ever. The only reason I think the Fat and protein in meals is good for is keeping insulin low, without the fat, the protein glucose transfer rate is about 59%, add the fat to that meal and it drops, therefor you will lose more "weight". Since I have taken fat out, I am much fuller, stronger, and still lost the same ammount of weight, it just has not come from the water in my lean mass while eating only 1900 calories a day.

Eating the fat with meals was keeping glucose production down and in turn was making me weak. I was eating 2700 calories but had dietary fat higher and was weaker then, than I am now, go figure, glucose transfer is amizing once you hone it in to what your body likes.

dietary fat is not useless...it plays many functions in your body especially EFA's which help cardiovascular health as well as joint hell....they are not useless

Tis' is why I merely said "oh".

Not even worth going into detail about.
