Since I have taken fat out, I am much fuller, stronger, and still lost the same ammount of weight, it just has not come from the water in my lean mass while eating only 1900 calories a day.
Eating the fat with meals was keeping glucose production down and in turn was making me weak. I was eating 2700 calories but had dietary fat higher and was weaker then, than I am now, go figure, glucose transfer is amizing once you hone it in to what your body likes.
