its a execelent antioxidant and contains lots of good things. Nothing bad about using it at allI use it in most of my shakes.
If you're trying cut body fat via controlling insulin levels avoid it.

Cocoa powder with sugar causes an insulin spike higher than the same dose of sugar w/o the cocoa powder. Don't get me wrong its good stuff with anti-oxidants and may increase the BMR. I think it should be saved for PWO.
