    Help... Bulking Diet... evening workout?

This is my first post on this site, so im a newbie here, but im not completely ignorant. I have about 6 years experience on and off. I know lifting out at night is not the best idea, but i really have no choice. I'm looking for suggestions for what to do about pwo shake/meal combination, cuz what i am doing now isnt working. Post workout(10pm, i have a 50g whey/50g dex/50g malto shake (crea/glut/antiox...etc), but my next meal two hours later (bed time) is a muscle milk shake (casien to keep pos nitro balance all night). My metabolism has gone through the roof (from eatin every 2 hours), so when i sleep, i burn off everything. My workouts have progressed tremendously... stronger every workout, but my weight has stayed constant, and my body fat has stopped at around 7%. I know i should eat a whole food meal pwo, but i want to keep my protein up all night? Anyone with experience on this type of schedule have any advice? I know i will be asked, so my diet is 3700 cals, 450 carb (clean), 400 protein, 80 fat, split over 10 meals, every 2 hours. I am 5'11 and 190lbs, and getting ready for my first PP/SD cycle, first attempt at this stuff since the ban (several PH cycles), and before that i had several experiences in the "real" world... which is no longer an option to me. I wanna nail this thing down before i start.

10 meals every 2 hours? and what's wrong with training in the evening? training when you have the most energy is the best time to train. and you're telling us that you're bulking and loosing body fat? post your stats and your diet.

before bed try eating cottage cheese, the real casien. and maybe some healthy fat source. solids take a lot longer to digest than a liquid. so try eating whole foods after your workout and before bed.

I'd bump up the cals and get a solid meal after your work out. If your body fat has gone down, you need more cals. Are you doing cardio?

As for working out in the evening, I'v always had good result. I found I had much more strenght personally.

thanks for the replies guys, i dont mind you being harsh...

yes ive lost bodyfat on a bulk... thats my problem... thats why im here...

is 10 meals a day, and eating every two hours bad? how else can you max out protein for the day... you can only really digest so much at once. should i go to only like 6-8 meals?

Ill try the solid meal before bed... with cottage cheese. Im doing absolutely ZERO cardio... imagine if i was... well at least i know what i need to do to cut. Ill bump up another 500Kcal/day for a few weeks and see how that goes.

I'd like to see my body comp move in the right direction before i start the cycle.

What other stats and diet info are you looking for novastepp? I included the major stuff in my original post. As for diet, i have a working excel spreadsheet that breaks down the macros if you really want it.

Thanks for the help so far guys

10 meals is good depending on what those meals are. I'd stick to mostly solids.

Have you had any good gains in the past?

Well, you've got a metabolism like me. Since you could lose fat the way you do, I wouldn't worry so much about a clean bulk, I'd up the cals week to week even if your gaining good muscle mass until you notice a bit of fat, then drop it down a bit and bulk to the max. If you notice you gains slow down, up the cals some more.

Thats whats worked for me, i'v managed to gain 50 lbs natural without gaining any fat.

    Good luck!

This was today, i got my workout early so i switched my 6 and 8 meal. Normally i eat the chicken/rice at 6 (in the car while commuting home) and lift at 8 to get my PWO at 9. I have adjusted this a bit since the last post... its obvious i needed more cals. Alright you guys... thrash away!!!

...keep in mind, i commute an hour and a half each way to work, and my wife is deployed so i got a 5y/o girl and 1y/o twin boys all by myself... so everything is prepared on the weekends... im a tupperware nazi... but you gotta do what you gotta do.... havent worked the cottage cheese in at night... but i plan on it...
