I have a major question. I follow a strict diet plan see the link below. In case you guys notice the low carbs, that’s coz im currently on a cutting diet. Anyway, my question is:
If im eating the same thing every day for lets say 2-3 months...will I hit a plateau? Will my body adapt to the food im eating and cease to respond to my diet plan? Similar to having to change my workout program every 2-3 months so that I can shock my muscles into growth. Will I have to do they same with my diet?
