vegetables
What kinds of produce/vegetables are ok and not ok for cutting/bulking? i love almost all types of veggies, but is it eat as much as i want, even when cutting? do certain vegetables have high g.i.'s/ affect insulin levels? what about dill pickles or pickled asparagus.

Most are okay. Some contain more simple (sugar) carb calories than others. Negative calorie veggies you can more or less consume (obviously, with no junk food) in whatever quantity w/out having anything to worry about. These veggies cause the body to expend more calories digesting the food than the number of calories in the food itself. GI index proportionate to insulin sensitivity.

You lost me on this statement. Are you saying that you can consume MORE or LESS in WHATEVER QUANTITY with out having anything to worry about.
I am confused on the more or less part. Can I consume more or less and have nothing to worry about.

cool thanks for the good info.... one question more about onions- when i look at the nutrition data on a bag of em, it seems quite high in sugars (like 9 grams per med. onion) (thats not total carbs either-- just sugar) that seems high for the GI you gave of 10.

i associate most carbs with bulking such as potatos and rice. green vegetables are great for cutting.

It's just that you are missing your complex/clean carbs needed pwo, and you are also having tortilla chips.
You'd never see me do this, but if you like it and it's working for you then by all means have at it.
