how long to wait for pwo HELP?

how long can i wait till i take in my pwo (ons whey with dex) it take me 1 hour to finsh lifintg and 15 mins to get home.. is that gud enough or should i take my shake with me with the dex..?

well if you could bring it with you why not? but some say that after 15 mins of your workout is when your muscles start craving for nutrition.

well i was wondering if faster is better? faster u intake ur protein/carbs... the better? or can waiting 15 mins benefit? i hope this isnt a stupid question.

immediatley after your last set get nutrution into yourself, unless your are doing PWO cardio, get your shake in right away...definately not a stupid question...good luck bro

as soon as your done lifting drink your pro/dex stuff. ppwo meal should be about an hour after that.

i just bring a cooler to the gym. just leave it in your car so as soon as you're done, you can take it all down. i bring two shakes with me, some digestive enzymes, my vitamins, and a water bottle in it and i'm good to go.
