fibre consumption
Hey i am 5'6 123lbs and 30 yrs old.
How much fibre should i be consuming a day.. and can i get most of it from fibre pills if necessary

I believe the reccomended amount is about 25g. I'm thinking that's based on a 2,000 cal diet. That would be a good starting point.

Miz- check metamucil . com. You can enter your stats/diet and it will give you your RDA.

metamucil sugar free! orange flavor isn't bad.

personally i find "citricell" to be the best.no gas and bloating.hope this helps...

glucomanna is great for awesome amount of fiber.. swells to 50x its size so its good if your tryin to lose weight. also....big stools gagag like a bulk lax.. but dont worry...soft. comes out easy!!

i take a few different fiber supplements thatwork wounders.
Soy Bran
Acacia Fiber
and psyhichiaihtwae husk ( kant remember)

Try the Metamucil pills. They work good. 5 a day is the recommendation on the bottle.
