I do 40 min of cardio on an empty stomach four days a week.(m-w-f-sat) On Tue-Thurs I do 40 min PWO and on M-W-F-SAt sometimes I'll do a PWO or just another cardio session.
My question is about doing cardio on an empty stomach. Do you think it is ok to drink coffee before I walk?? I use Splenda and Light Cream. ALso, I wait to eat 30 after morning cardio. In that half hour would coffee be OK? I don't want to jeopardize fat loss in any way but I know coffee is made up of basically nothing, so I wondered if it would hinder?
