Diet Critique
27 yrs old
5'9"
181 LBS
8% bf
2nd cycle
Starting Friday
weeks 1-10 Cyp, Enath, Prop, 175/175/100 mg/ml - shoot Mon & Thurs
weeks 4-10 55 MG Winny ED
PCT Nolva & Clomi
Here is my diet
MORNING
Two 8 ounce glasses of water
Breakfast
1 whole wheat bagel
1 tbsp peanut butter
½ cup cottage cheese
½ cup strawberries
1 multivitamin
Mid morning meal
1 scoop protein powder (2oz)- 22 grams protein
1 cup orange juice
1 medium banana
1 ½ cup 1% milk
Lunch
6 " whole wheat bun
4 ounces lean roast beef
1 cup lettuce
1 tomato cut into slices,
½ oz low fat cheddar cheese
2 tbsp mustard
1 cup 1% milk
Mid afternoon meal (2 hours after lunch)
1 granola bar -Quaker
½ cup fruit
1 cup low fat natural yogurt
1 apple
½ glass of low fat milk
4:30 pm
2 glasses of pure water
When I work out
2-4 glasses of pure water while working out
Post workout meal
1 cup low fat strawberry yogurt
½ tbsp honey
1 cup 1% milk
1 cup orange juice
1 scoop whey protien
dinner
3 oz skinless/boneless chicken breasts
1/3 cup prepared teriyaki sauce
1/3 cup orange juice
1 tsp cornstarch
1 ½ cup small broccoli ½ cup rice
1 cup pure water
9:00pm
NO MORE FOOD JUST WATER!!!

I don't know what you want us to do with this. There's no macros.
You also didn't list your goals, but I'll assume you're bulking based on the cycle itself. If that's the case, your protein intake is pathetic. I get more protein in my first 3 meals than you do in your whole day. And I'm cutting. You also have a large amount of fruit here (which does little but replace liver glycogen). You need to take a whole new approach to this bro.

You will really want to look into constructing a sensible diet.
You're doing steroids too which is scary.

There's some good stickies... since your doing a cycle i assume your bulking...so look at the bulking thread.

wow, I just got slammed.
aiight I'm gonna read more and construct a better diet. I'm looking to put on about 15-18 lbs of lean mass.

ok I revised my diet. Let me know if this is closer to where I want to be
Meal 1:
5 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein mixed with oatmeal
Meal 2:
2 pcs low carb whole wheat bread, 1/2 pound of low sodium turkey breast, 2 slices swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, mustard
Meal 3:
Chicken Breast, 1 cup brown rice
Meal 4:
2 Cans of Tuna, 1 tbs mayo, 1 can mixed veggies, 1.5 tsp flax seed oil
Meal 5: PWO
2 Scoops Whey Protein, 1 cup grapefruit juice, 1 medium banana
Meal 6:
Skinless Chicken Breast, ½ cup Brown Rice, 1 cup carrots
Before bed
2 Scoops of Whey Protein, 1 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil
