ok I revised my diet. Let me know if this is closer to where I want to be
Meal 1:
5 Egg Whites, 1 Scoop Of Whey Protein mixed with oatmeal
Meal 2:
2 pcs low carb whole wheat bread, 1/2 pound of low sodium turkey breast, 2 slices swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato, mustard
Meal 3:
Chicken Breast, 1 cup brown rice
Meal 4:
2 Cans of Tuna, 1 tbs mayo, 1 can mixed veggies, 1.5 tsp flax seed oil
Meal 5: PWO
2 Scoops Whey Protein, 1 cup grapefruit juice, 1 medium banana
Meal 6:
Skinless Chicken Breast, ½ cup Brown Rice, 1 cup carrots
Before bed
2 Scoops of Whey Protein, 1 Tbsp. Flax Seed Oil
