Thread: last meal right before bed?

    last meal right before bed?

    Latley the way my schedule has been going, my last meal consists of 50g ISOPure Whey with 1tblsp of flaxseed oil 14g. I take this right before I go to bed. Is this bad? Or should I not even bother. I do morning cardio and eat every 2.5-3 hours.

    Whether or not it's good or not will depend on the rest of your dietary plan of attack, your goals, etc. Most like to have something solid before bed to satiate and last longer over-night, but I myself have done whey/flax before bed.

    i like a casin/whey combo mixed with flax personally...or cottage cheese and flax....

    dozen egg whites, 2 yolks, hot sauce and 2 pieces lowfat cheese for me .... yummy

    when i'm bulking i like natty peanut butter and cottage cheese ( i just have to try and not eat the entire jar of natty )

    so thats said, if one is cutting they dont actual need to stop eating 3 hours before bedtime along as it's a low to zero carb. My last two meals are p/f.

    I buy 2 of those 5 dozen containers at a time.

    At 30 whites per day, ya gotta do it....

    hahaha for real man! i get about 4 whites a day, best part about eating for size, is the look the cashier gives u when u in line with 12 cartons of eggs, 50 tuna cans, 10 low fat cottage cheese, 60 protein yogurts etc....i love it

    during cutting, i dont eat past 8pm, in bed by 10 11 latest..works wonders on physique

    I know premiere has a Protein Yogurt bar that they sell... otherwise the only way to get a high protein yogurt would be to add whey to it. Vanilla I guess would be best to go with fruit yogurt..
